Damian is a sneaky lil bitch who likes to steal ("borrow"!) powers, and if your character has powers he is definitely interested in them. This is a permission post to let me know if it's okay for Damian to snag your character's powers, and also what those powers are!
First, some ground rules:
Damian has two ways to steal a power: the first way means he's just copied them; the original user retains their powers, and may never even notice someone has copycatted them. This is permanent (as long as the user is 1) alive and 2) in game), but he can only hold 3 powers at a time. If he tries to take a fourth, the oldest power gets overwritten. Powers are also weaker if taken this way, and he's only able to use them at about 50-75% of their original strength.
The second way is outright theft. The original user loses their powers while Damian claims them, but only for one moon cycle. At the end of the cycle the original user gets their powers back, and Damian can't access them anymore. There's no limit to the number of powers he can snag this way (though the user has to stay alive and in game), although they all last for only a month. He doesn't like to use this method, as it's very obvious the power has been taken, and it could potentially be traced back to him.
In both cases, he also copies any weaknesses that go along with the power, and he loses the power if the original user dies or leaves the game. (Even if they're revived or re-apped!)
Also relevant is how Damian goes about snagging the powers, as there are some conditions to meet:
1) He has to see the power in use.
2) He has to either understand its uses and limitations, or have it explained to him.
3) He has to touch the original user's hand, while holding his other hand over his own heart.
4) All of the above has to happen within an hour; he then has the power, but can only activate it while he's got a hand to his heart. (Unless it’s an automatically activating power, instead of a conscious use power.)

Character power: she's the devil, can turn people into devils with their consent and a lot of hard work, and aside from her magic lgbt powers she's basically what you'd expect "the devil" to be. flight, emanating light, vision from her eyes all over, inhuman strength, inhuman speed/jump power, can survive in space with only a helmet
Details: almost all of it is a result of her physical presence as the devil, and honestly without tapping into the same source of "the devil" that she's a part of he probably couldn't do much? idk just message me we'll work this out

Details: Iggy is a super-villain so enjoy those powers. Orion's, however, might be interesting as he goes into "heat" during the full moon so Damian might get super horny and wanna go to bone town ASAP (and he won't need lube either, what a great power right??).

Character power: Hizashi has a Quirk (super power, basically) called Voice. I'll quote directly from the wiki:
His Quirk allows him to increase the volume of his voice, giving him the ability to create loud high pitched sounds. The sound from Present Mic's Quirk is strong enough to cause people's ears to bleed. The loudness from Present Mic's Quirk can annoy and distract enemies as well as block out other sounds. The only known weakness of this Quirk is that the loud sounds do not travel well underground, making this Quirk ineffective against anything that is underground, or separated from him by layers of earth.

Details: It's a physical ability rather than anything magical, like anything in the BNHA universe. So he can wear himself out using it overmuch. He had to seriously train himself as a kid in order to harness the ability. When he was born he actually caused quite a bit of damage to both his parents and staff due to his quirk and being a baby that cries, yikes.

Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Copying is fine whenever, and I'd also be down for him to steal them, but with some plotting first re: timing!
Character power: Magical healing seal. He can heal all wounds except something that could kill him instantly, also poisons, illness, pretty much anything. He can also do the same for other people, by laying hands on them, thereby taking the wound/illness/whatever onto his own body, where it then rapidly heals.
Details: It's magic seal placed on him by an outside force. It has limitations in that if it was something big enough to kill him instantly, or its a prolonged thing that he wouldn't have time to heal from (hanging for example), he'd only have enough magic for ONE use, to bring him back from death, and then it would vanish. Also its not a regenerative kind of healing, so he couldn't regrow limbs etc if he lost them I don't think.

Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Sure!
Character power: He's a regeneration, so he can heal from just about any injury, including things like having his brain blown out of his skull. Only a specialised gun and bullets have ever been able to put a dent in him, and those aren't available here. You can see other powers of his on his app, but most other things he can do are tied to his training and to his relationship with God, so I'm not sure how much of them Damian would get.
Details: His regenerative ability was given to him through biotechnology, if that makes any difference. More serious injuries can also take time to heal.

Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Yes, if the conditions are met. I imagine getting him to sit down and explain his powers or a particular aspect of them is probably the harder part.
Character power: He's literally a god. Sky's kind of the limit.
Details: In Duplicity, Ereuvir is limited to a kind of "plausible deniability". There's no real limit on the extent of his powers in this regard, just that they have to kind of sort of make sense. So creating something out of thin air in front of someone isn't really something he can do without considerable effort, but going into another room and coming back out with it is.

Character power: Your standard vampire powers (enhanced strength/reflexes/endurance/speed/scent). He also has a wide variety of shadow and blood magic that's covered in his app and demonstrated in this video.
Details: Virtually all of Jonathan's magic requires blood within the body to use. The only exceptions are his shadow mist, shadow veil, and spring abilities and his general enhanced vampy reflexes/strength/etc. Damian would likely need to get blood transfusions unless he has some sort of regeneration ability, or using Jonathan's powers would turn him anemic... and then kill him.

Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Yes. Definitely plot ahead if stealing instead of just copying since Matt relies on them so much.
Character power: Super senses. All of Matt's functioning senses have been strengthened to a very high degree. Hearing, taste, smell, and touch are all able to pick up on the most subtle details.
Details: Matt underwent training to keep his senses from constantly overwhelmiing him, and how to use them to recognize certain signs. Without this knowledge they are likely to be pain inducing more than anything. It's pretty much like the world is constantly screaming, a form of overstimulation. Sorry if you swipe this one, Damien!
It is unclear if or how sight would be enhanced.

Character power: A page giving an overview. One of the example images has a bit of body horror to it. Basically Vash's power lets him transform into any shape that he wants to. He also has within him the power to create or destroy anything he wants. He's a walking, talking terraformer. He also has the standard super strength/speed/intelligence as well.
Details: Vash's power is basically suppose to be limitless except for the fact that if you use too much at once it will drain your life away. The more a Plant's (Vash's species) hair turns black the closer to death they are from over using their abilities. The drain can be felt when going too far, but in general using the abilities doesn't make you tired. Which is why it can be so easy to abuse these powers.

Okay, This Sounds Cool
Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Yes, but it might be hard because David ALWAYS wears gloves. So we'd have to figure out a way to do it. Would be happy with either copying or stealing, because David wouldn't mind being free of it for a time.
Character power: Touch-Based Skill and Knowledge Absorption, though it is important to know what counts as knowledge and skills and if you ever want to, I'd want to give a bit of a briefing on how it would work.
Details: Requires skin-to-skin contact to work, does not work on inorganic life. Longer skin contact yields higher retention time, with a brush of skin being about a minute of knowledge, and sustained contact in excess of a minute grants a maximum of thirty minutes. Being in constant contact with the person allows knowledge/skills to stay as long as in touch. But repeated contact (even with the same person) in short windows of time can lead to migraines. Basically more than five touches of any length in less than thirty minutes gives intense migraines. And repeated contact with a single individual over the period of a month or so can lead to retention of konwledge (with okay from the player)

Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Go for it!
Character power: Finn is Dragonborn, meaning that he has the soul of a dragon and the powers that go with it, the Voice. Basically, when he speaks the dragon language, he can do all kinds of amazing things.
He's also a mage, in the video game sense. Elemental magic, minor mind manipulation, invisibility, it's all detailed in his journal. He's also resistant to fire and heat.
Details: The Voice has a "cooldown timer", meaning that when he uses a Shout he has to wait a few minutes before he can use another. Magic has a mana well, and casting too much in too short an amount of time will leave him exhausted. Running out of mana means no more spellcasting until he regenerates it.

Character power: Darkness: He can make the room darker than it is. This lasts about seven minutes. (Bright light becomes normal light, normal light becomes dim, etc)
Tiefling Physiology: He's a tiefling. He's also resistant to fire, cold and electricity.
Details: Anton's darkness spell lasts about seven minutes and fills an area of about 20 feet. It's cast on an object, so it's the area around that object that's effected, and the object can be carried around to bring the darkness with you.

Can Damian copy/steal their powers? Yes to copying and stealing.
Character power: Wanda's canon powers, which she has in Mask or Menace, fall under the umbrella of 'psionics' (outlined here), but she also has some MoM-specific magic (outlined here) to mess with.
Details: Short of what's outlined on the above pages, I personally don't play her abilities as being able to be used over the network (i.e.: she can't telepthically breach someone's mind over a video call, not that her powers don't work when she's using electronics).

Character power: A hot mess tbh, but more or less boils down to sound manipulation. Vanya can focus on one sound, even her own heartbeat, and channel it into energy, more or less. Blow up a room? Bring down a house? Shoot a beam of energy into the moon? Make it rain?? Sure, she can do all that.
Details: She has a half-mile radial limit in game, so no actually blowing up the moon. But she could be potentially devastating with that. Big uses of power are exhaustive, and anything really damaging would probably knock her out. She spent her life not knowing she had powers because of medication she thought was for anxiety, so drugging can stop her from being able to use them.

Character power: Klaus has his innate ability to communicate with, conjure, channel, and manifest ghosts. He has the porter given powers of Telepathy and Telekinesis.
Details: Klaus's powers short out under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The harder the substance, the stronger the shorting out.

Details: Josh's abilities require a considerable amount of knowledge about the human body to wield effectively. You can instinct your way around healing cuts and bruises, or giving someone lethal tumors, but it is very possible to fuck up in a lot of unintentional ways - such as accidentally giving yourself gold skin - if you start poking around things you don't know how to control. His powers are also divided straight down the middle thanks to not being the most mentally sound person in the world and not knowing how to reconcile being both a healer and a killer.

Details: I think I did a good job with the details in the link above, but some basics that were only implied in the above?
Animal communication: The animal has to have some form of semi-complex emotion. She can't communicate with a common earth bee, but she can communicate with Guzma's Golisopod for example. It's a psychic power, so if something is immune to psychic powers the power won't work even if they're animal-enough. (This can be bypassed with flesh-to-flesh contact if it's more fun that way)
Gift of Flames: She can't start fire underwater. ... Well, *she* can be under-water at the time, but the fire can't.

Character power: Cybertronian form! Obviously. You know how this works :P THAT SAID, I would ideally prefer if Damian copies the power to give him his OWN Cybertronian form, rather than actually becoming a copy of KO himself, but if you don't think that'll work, hit me up and we can work something out. He does actually also have a Porter power, but it's pretty useless tbh and I might end up changing it in coming months, but the info is HERE
